Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare for Pickup

  Carefully disassemble the furniture if necessary and place it back in its original packaging with all hardware and assembly instructions included.

  Schedule Collection

  Once your request is approved, our specialized furniture courier will contact you within 3-5 business days to arrange a convenient pickup window.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the item to ensure it is in original condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
